After completing the actions, stop the recording: Click on the "Developer" tab again. In the "Code" group, click "Stop Recording." 

5. Run the Macro 

Now, you can run your Macro whenever you need to repeat the same actions: Go to the "Developer" tab. In the "Code" group, click "Macros." Select your Macro from the list and click "Run." 

Editing Macros 

You can also edit Macros to finetune or modify their behaviour: Go to the "Developer" tab and click "Macros." Select the Macro you want to edit and click "Edit." You can make changes to the VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) code that represents your Macro.
